First loves and first adventures
This young couple was tying the knot and tying up their laces for a new beginning. Many of their friends in their wedding party were headed to college, beginning the first of so many big adventures. It was so fitting to have such a beautiful wedding surrounded by so many familiar faces. You could feel the love in the air as the two walked through the lavender fields together. Castle Rock Lavender Farm is a family owned venue with five beautiful acres to use. The groomsmen, in their private suite, played foosball, while the bridesmaids had full hair and makeup done in the bridal suite! One of the groomsmen, though, was pulled to accomplish the funniest first look!
The two exchanged private vows and gifts with each other before standing in front of their large wedding. There were so many beautiful trees, giant willows that swayed in the wind. It felt like a scene straight out of a romance movie. Their dog happily bounded through, wandering around the wedding ceremony and reception area.
I was the second shooter for this wedding, where Jamie Peterson was the lead. She's an incredible wedding and boudoir photographer who taught me so much during this experience! All photos below were taken and edited by me!
